Job summary

System One in Spring, TX is seeking a Business Operations Manager I to support Spares supplier onboarding for L2C Integration Phase 4. You will coordinate cross-functional readiness, track dependencies, maintain onboarding plans, and escalate risks to protect go-live readiness.

You will manage integrated project plans across phases, coordinate onboarding with suppliers, logistics providers, depots and partners, and produce leadership-ready updates and decision-support materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience in supply chain, operations, transformation, supplier onboarding, logistics, or related programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional workplans, RAID logs, decision tracking, and executive reporting.
• Proficiency with standard project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage an integrated project plan for Spares supplier onboarding across L2C Integration Phase 4, including dependencies from overlapping Phase 1, 2, and 3 activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for suppliers, logistics service providers, depots, repair suppliers, returns providers, and other external partners.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Supply Chain, IT, Finance, Service, Support, and other stakeholders to define and execute onboarding requirements.
• Track supplier readiness against required process, system, data, finance, trading structure, service, and logistics requirements.
• Maintain a single source of truth for onboarding status, milestones, risks, and decisions.
• Drive recurring cadence meetings, document outcomes, assign owners, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Build onboarding playbooks, readiness checklists, and escalation trackers.
• Identify cross-phase conflicts and readiness gaps impacting Phase 4 delivery.
• Escalate blockers with options and owners.
• Coordinate with testing, UAT, cutover, and HyperCare teams to align readiness with go-live criteria.
• Prepare leadership-ready status updates and executive summaries.
• Coordinate supplier communication readiness and documentation needs.
