Job summary

System One in San Jose, CA is seeking a Business Operations Analyst II to provide systems analysis, testing, and supplier onboarding support for Phase 4 Spares within the Lead to Cash integration program. You will coordinate test readiness, validate data and transactions, support defect resolution, and ensure Spares requirements are represented across overlapping phases to reduce go-live risk.

Collaborating with IT, planning, logistics, and finance, you will help drive disciplined execution

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
3–5 years supporting supply chain systems, ERP or integration testing.
Experience with system integration testing, UAT, regression, and defect management.
Knowledge of order management, inventory, logistics, or service parts.

Responsibilities

Lead systems analysis for Phase 4 Spares and document requirements across L2C phases.
Develop Spares testing scope, scripts, data, and execution plans.
Support system integration, UAT, regression, and end-to-end validation.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholder validation of processes and handoffs.
Prepare readiness trackers, RAID logs, and executive status updates.
Assist cutover planning and hypercare post go-live.
