Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; two years of related administrative experience.
• Experience using SAP for data entry and processing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to operate forklift to load/unload parts.
• Knowledge of automotive/construction equipment parts.

Responsibilities

• Purchase, receive, store, and issue equipment repair parts.
• Research part numbers; order parts from catalogs and electronic manuals.
• Enter data of goods issued/received in SAP; process invoices and POs.
• Scan invoices and documents; review pricing/quantities for accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records; work independently with minimal supervision.
• Emergency callback and adverse weather work expectations.
