Job summary

LTTS in Wisconsin is seeking an Inventory Clerk to perform physical stock verification and manage maintenance spare parts on the shop floor. You will scan, label, and track items, update ERP/CMMS records, and organize storage locations for improved control.

You will support cycle counts, audits, and reconcile discrepancies, while assisting maintenance teams in locating parts. Adherence to 5S and documentation standards is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering.
• Experience with inventory control and ERP/CMMS systems preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical stock verification of maintenance spare parts, tools and consumables.
• Scan, label, and track inventory items using barcode or inventory systems.
• Update inventory records in ERP/CMMS or databases accurately and timely.
• Organize inventory locations to improve accessibility and control.
• Identify discrepancies between physical stock and system records and report findings.
• Support cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.
• Assist teams in locating and issuing spare parts.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, and categorization of maintenance items.
• Maintain inventory-related documentation and records.
• Follow 5S practices within maintenance storage areas.
