ICU Medical in Southington, CT seeks a Spare Parts Clerk to procure, record, and store repair parts and supplies under supervision of Spare Parts Administrator.

Responsibilities include maintaining EAM inventory, receiving parts against POs, placing parts in bin locations, performing Oracle transactions, cycle counts, and creating purchase requisitions. Strong Excel/Word/Oracle skills and clear English communication are essential.

• Ability to perform basic arithmetic quickly and accurately.

• Maintain EAM spare parts inventory.
• Maintain EAM Item Master and Item attributes.
• Receive parts against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies.
• Place received parts in bin locations and perform Oracle transactions.
• Verify that parts are being signed out and issued to the appropriate work order.
• Perform cycle counts and record in Oracle.
• Create purchase requisitions.
• Perform 6S activities and other projects as requested.
