You will work with maintenance, procurement, and vendors to maintain accuracy and drive continuous improvement in parts management. The role emphasizes min/max planning, data entry in Oracle, and coordinating shipments, with a compensation range of $75,000–$95,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Journeyman Certification with 5 years industrial maintenance repair experience or 10 years equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of repair processes and best practices; lean manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings; Oracle Procurement/eAM experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Analyze spare parts inventory to ensure proper min/max planning levels and identify obsolete materials.
• Coordinate with repair facilities to prepare parts for shipment and long-term storage.
• Initiate purchase orders and enter data into Oracle Procurement.
• Generate new part inventory requests and assign location codes in Oracle per naming conventions.
• Receive and check incoming shipments against packing slips.
• Ship and track part returns to suppliers and repair facilities to keep critical parts ready.
• Assist with unloading and movement of maintenance materials to receiving area.
• Coordinate repair parts processes, capture inspection reports, monitor progress, and track return-to-inventory timelines.
• Develop spare parts kitting processes to improve MTTR.
• Perform physical inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory system.
