Job summary

WIOSS West LP is seeking a Spare Parts Coordinator for our Tolleson, AZ facility. You will manage inventory, forecast needs, and coordinate parts and materials for daily operations and capital projects in an intralogistics environment.

Responsibilities include using SAP and WiTool to forecast materiel needs, track anomalies, and ensure accurate billing to customers while maintaining strong communication with colleagues, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree or trade certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years related experience in full life cycle inventory management.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or supply chain fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory control for parts and materials for daily operations and capital projects.
• Forecast material needs using SAP and WiTool; process orders; record inventory; track anomalies.
• Ensure parts availability, prevent losses, and bill customers accurately.
• Generate reports on parts usage and spending; serve as technical resource for parts.
