Job summary

System Logistics Corporation - Vertique (Krones Group) seeks a highly analytical Spare Parts Supervisor to lead performance and continuous improvement of the spare parts operation. You will ensure inventory availability, drive accuracy, and manage ERP-based processes to optimize working capital.

You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Finance to scale parts operations, implement SAP or equivalent ERP systems, and develop strategies that improve service levels while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in inventory/materials management or related roles.
• Experience with ERP environments, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute spare parts inventory strategies balancing service levels and inventory investment.
• Lead inventory planning, replenishment, forecasting, and optimization initiatives.
• Utilize SAP or other ERP systems to manage inventory, purchasing, and material movements.
• Analyze inventory trends, stock levels, turns, service levels, and obsolete inventory for data-driven decisions.
• Establish and maintain inventory accuracy programs (cycle counting, auditing).
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Suppliers to ensure availability of critical parts.
• Support warehouse operations, inventory management, and process improvements.
• Lead and develop team members with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
