Job summary

The Systems Engineering Support Analyst 2 (Contract) will support Boeing's USAF sustainment program, focusing on part availability, PR/PO processing, stock level setting, and aging aircraft support. You will coordinate with Supplier Management, Engineering, and Government personnel to ensure timely procurement and disposition of spare parts, with careful attention to cost, risk, and schedule.

In this role you will manage job orders, perform inventory checks, and liaise with on-site technicians

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for security clearance.
• Ability to acquire Tinker AFB access.
• Experience with Air Force supply processes.
• Active security clearance preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Requests (PR) and submit to Supplier Management.
• Coordinate with Supplier Management for PO placement, status, and ship dates.
• Liaise between Supplier Management and Engineering team.
• Verify part requirements by reviewing Air Force references and drawings.
• Coordinate scrap and part disposals with Government customer.
• Review aircraft modification drawings and Technical Orders to develop stock/disposition recommendations.
• Research obsolete parts and tools to sustain aging aircraft.
• Manage monthly equipment calibration PR submittals.
• Work with Gold system managing parts for USAF.
