Ultra Clean Technology is looking for a talented Spare Parts Administrator to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.

The Spare Parts Administrator ensures efficient management of spare parts inventory and procurement processes to support operational continuity. This role oversees order tracking, cross‑site inventory movement, and resolution of defects, while maintaining accurate records in SIMI. Acting as the primary liaison with Intel, the administrator monitors shipments, addresses bottlenecks, and manages disposition of excess or nonconforming materials. Strong attention to detail and proactive follow‑up are critical to achieving timely, cost‑effective parts availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Resolve procurement and inventory defects (variants, holds, exceptions, and backorders)
• Manage and track expedited orders
• Manage cross‑site movement of inventory
• Disposition of dead/excess inventory
• Disposition of DMR or NCR material
• Track/follow up on FOI parts
• Monitor Intel’s systems for shipments and identify bottlenecks
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in SIMI
• Serve as single point of contact from Intel’s perspective
• Attention to detail required
