Qualifications

• Minimum three years in customer service or parts management, preferably in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to use multiple software packages.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Resolves procurement and inventory defects (variants, holds, exceptions, and backorders).
• Manages and tracks expedited orders.
• Oversees cross-site movement of inventory.
• Disposes of dead or excess inventory.
• Disposes of DMR or NCR material.
• Tracks FOI parts and monitors shipments.
• Maintains up-to-date records in SIMI.
• Serves as the single point of contact from Intel’s perspective.
• Exhibits high attention to detail.
