Job summary

Valmet is seeking an Account Specialist to serve as the customer contact for accounts, facilitating all inside sales functions. The role includes providing technical support and quotations for spare parts and general customer support.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from a two year college in business or engineering or related field.
• 3 to 5 years customer service experience or experience in a technical capacity.
• Experience in the pulp and paper industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer inquiries for spare parts and direct communication from mills or internal teams.
• Identify specific parts using Valmet documentation systems.
• Provide technical applications and customer quotations for spare parts.
• Provide technical support for spare part coordinators, customers, and other sales personnel.
