Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, with phone experience.
• 6 months of computer experience on Windows.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• PA Pharmacy Technician State License

Responsibilities

• Reconcile outstanding SPAR orders at retail by ensuring they are returned to CVS specialty or delivered to the patient.
• Make outbound and inbound calls to/from retail stores and/or patients to initiate timely returns of medications.
• Work with retail colleagues to locate and check in High Touch/ High-Cost orders.
• Print, pack, and ship supply requests to retail stores, patients and prescriber offices.
• Support regulatory and financial risk management related to SPAR orders not picked up.
