Job summary

CVS Health in Monroeville is seeking a full-time Supervisor, Revenue Cycle to lead the Credit Balance and Refund team. You will manage A/R, improve processes, and ensure timely refunds while maintaining compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of insurance billing or collections, health plan claims processing or adjudication experience, or other related healthcare insurance experience.
• Must live within a 1 hour commute from the Monroeville, PA office.

Responsibilities

• Manage A/R reports and aging buckets, analyze the A/R to identify problem areas/trends, recommending and implementing solutions; explain fluctuations in the A/R; maintain department workflow.
• Meet compliance guidelines for timely and accurate refunds/offsets.
• Produce A/R related reporting requirements, including collector aging, metric reporting for the team, and compliance results.
• Supervise staff to ensure daily operation needs are met, including productivity compliance and quality goals.
• Interview, hire, evaluate and review staff performance, coach and counsel, disciplinary actions and daily supervision to ensure policies are followed.
• Provide excellent customer service.
