Qualifications

• 1+ year of insurance billing or collections, or health plan claims processing experience.
• Ability to meet compliance guidelines for refunds/offsets.
• Experience with AR reporting, aging, forecasting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage A/R reports and aging buckets.
• Analyze A/R to identify problem areas and trends.
• Supervise staff to meet productivity, quality, and policy compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service.
