Aufgaben

• Greet all members and guests with a smile and wish them well as they leave the club.
• Check in all members and guests following company procedures.
• Communicate any system alerts or messages during check-in.
• Answer phone calls in a courteous, professional, and helpful manner.
• Share information about special events with members and guests.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks in.
• Assist members with requests or refer them to a manager when needed.
• Maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Make outbound calls to leads and members with billing issues.
• Process payments for member services in line with company policies.
• Be familiar with the facility layout, services offered, and class schedules.
• Keep the front desk area clean and organized and assist in maintaining the cleanliness of all gym areas.
• Support management with projects or tasks as needed.
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Enforce Crunch policies and deny access to members or guests who are not allowed to work out due to unpaid balances, system alerts, or not meeting facility requirements.
• Send a quick End of Day (EOD) summary including membership sales, Kickoffs (KOs) booked, phone calls made, and any other important shift highlights
