Job summary

Summit Public Schools seeks an energetic Spanish Teacher (SY26-27) in Washington. The role emphasizes deep learning through projects, mentor-based guidance, and collaborative planning with school leaders to support students across diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Teaching credential or eligibility in WA or another US state.
• Experience collaborating with diverse student populations and families.
• Commitment to high-quality, equitable education for all students.

Responsibilities

• Lead high school or middle school project-based learning during Project Time blocks.
• Mentor a small group of students daily, supporting their goals and personal growth.
• Facilitate self-directed learning time and targeted literacy/math interventions.
• Collaborate in weekly all-faculty meetings for alignment and professional development.
• Help create inclusive, culturally responsive classroom environments.
