Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years outside sales experience.
• 1–3 years of outside sales experience to major retailers.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Demonstrated track record of success in sales.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time and overnight.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed sales plan, consistently.
• Solicit orders, manage current distribution and develop new points of distribution within the territory.
• Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers through effective communication and ownership.
• Proactively solves problems and presents solutions.
• Take initiative for self-improvement and maintain organization.
• Use an effective sales process (Planning, Listening, Closing).
• Assist in development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
