Job summary
FourLeaf Federal Credit Union is seeking a Teller in New York to deliver exceptional member experiences while handling transactions and building lasting relationships. You will process deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions with accuracy, and refer members to relevant products and services.

Qualifications
- 1-4 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills, superior member service, excellent communication, and time management.
- PC, Windows, and internet proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Build and nurture member relationships and identify needs.
- Refer members to FourLeaf products and partners when appropriate.
- Assist with lobby management and maintain smooth teller line operations.
- Identify red flags and comply with banking policies and regulations.
