Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging with existing customers and prospects through needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and opportunities
• Engage customers to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels with tailored recommendations
• Advise on digital/self-serve options to streamline banking for customers
• Support customer transactions and assist in building new relationships within the community
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and lending policies while protecting assets
