Job summary

BMO U.S. is seeking a Spanish-speaking preferred banking professional to deliver exceptional service, identify customer needs, and guide clients to appropriate financial solutions such as lending, investments, and everyday banking.

You will work in-branch and across channels, engage prospects with needs assessments, and ensure compliant, risk-managed lending while building strong relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• Lending qualifications and designations appropriate for the role.
• Experience in financial services is an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Knowledge of personal banking and credit products.

Responsibilities

• Lead with needs-based assessments to grow loyalty.
