Utilize ABA is seeking a reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-home therapy team in Colorado. You will provide direct 1:1 ABA services in clients’ homes, working under a Spanish-speaking context to support families during sessions.

The supervising BCBA fluent in Spanish will lead all clinical family engagement; you will not manage family training. This role emphasizes consistent sessions, data collection, and collaboration with the BCBA to support progress.

Qualifications

• Current, active RBT certification with BACB.
• Spanish language proficiency required for in-home communication during sessions.
• Experience with children with ASD or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent; graduate students pursuing BCBA/BCaBA hours encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services to pediatric clients in their homes following individualized treatment plans.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data using electronic documentation tools during each session.
• Maintain clear day-to-day session communication in Spanish with caregivers in the home.
• Collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs during overlap sessions to support client progress.

We are specifically looking for a Spanish-speaking RBT to ensure seamless, comfortable daily session communication with Spanish-speaking families during in-home appointments. (Note: Our supervising BCBA is fluent in Spanish and leads all clinical family engagement, parent training, and formal consultations, so you will not need to manage formal family engagement responsibilities).
