Able Minds ABA in Maryland is seeking a Spanish-Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BT to join our team. This position offers 1:1 ABA therapy in homes or schools with flexible full-time or part-time schedules.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home or in-school

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $26-32/hour

• Full-Time or Part-Time Available (10-40 hours/week)

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Maryland

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• Must have or be willing to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

• Previous experience in ABA therapy

• Ability to pass background check.

• Spanish-Speaking.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
