ASAT: ABA a Step At a Time care in The Bronx, NY is seeking a Spanish-speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home, school-based, and community ABA sessions. This role focuses on client progress under BCBA supervision and requires reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $22 - $32/hour
• Part-Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 - 2:00 PM and 2:30 - 6:00 PM
• Location: The Bronx, NY

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
