Job summary

Utilize ABA in Colorado seeks a reliable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes. The role emphasizes Spanish-language communication with families and collaboration with a Spanish-speaking BCBA supervisor for guidance and training.

Ideal candidates hold current RBT certification, have experience with ASD or developmental delays, and own a reliable vehicle for in-home visits. High school diploma required; BCBA/BCaBA hours are encouraged for growth.

Qualifications

• Active, current RBT certification with BACB.
• Spanish proficiency required for in-home communication.
• Experience with children who have ASD or developmental delays preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.
• Education: high school diploma or equivalent; BCBA/BCaBA hours encouraged for students.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to pediatric clients in homes per individualized plans.
• Implement skill acquisition programs and BIPs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data using electronic documentation during sessions.
• Maintain clear Spanish communication with caregivers in the home during sessions.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs during overlap sessions to support client progress.
