Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is essential.
• Recruitment experience preferred, ideally with a proven billing record.
• Confidence working towards KPIs and revenue targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business through outbound outreach, networking, and market engagement
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
• Sourcing, screening, and managing contract candidates across ERP, CRM, Data, and related tech markets
• Working towards targets, growing your desk, and contributing to a high-performing team
