Job summary

InterEx Group is seeking a Spanish-speaking Recruitment Consultant to join our high-energy Miami sales floor on a fully onsite basis. You will focus on building new business across Spanish-speaking markets and delivering contract recruitment solutions within tech sectors.

You'll source, screen and manage contract candidates, build long-term client relationships, and work toward ambitious KPIs in a fast-paced, rewards-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is essential.
• Recruitment experience preferred with proven billing.
• Confident working towards KPIs and revenue targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ambitious, resilient and motivated by results.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business through outbound outreach, networking, and market engagement.
• Building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Sourcing, screening, and managing contract candidates across ERP, CRM, Data, and related tech markets.
• Working towards targets, growing your desk, and contributing to a high-performing team.
