Job summary

InterEx Group is expanding its Miami team and seeking a Spanish speaking Contract Recruitment Consultant to join a fast-moving sales environment in Edgewater.

You will generate new business through outbound activity, manage relationships with Spanish speaking clients, identify and place contract professionals across tech sectors, and drive revenue while working toward KPIs and commissions.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience preferred.
• Comfortable working towards KPIs and revenue targets.
• Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generating new business through outbound sales activity, networking, and market knowledge.
• Managing and developing client relationships across Spanish speaking regions.
