• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Spanish-speaking to accommodate the patient panel.
• Experience delivering primary care to adults and geriatrics.
• Comfort with integrated virtual visits as part of daily workflow.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for adults and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with a 1:1 MA support for continuity of care.
• Utilize telemedicine and in-person visits within a structured schedule.
• Engage in team-based care and uphold high-quality patient outcomes.
