Job summary

Downtown Family Health Care, Inc. in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician fluent in Spanish to join our physician-led, autonomous practice.

This full-time role offers a 4-day clinical schedule (31 patient-care hours/week) with no evenings or weekends, a structured pathway to partnership, generous PTO (6 weeks), robust nurse and MA support, and access to on-site lab services and modern EMR.

Qualifications

• Spanish fluency required to serve diverse patient panel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum primary care to patients of all ages.
• Maintain manageable daily volumes with 18-20 patients per day including telehealth options.
• Operate in a physician-led, collaborative team with experienced RNs and 1:1 MA/CNA support.
