Downtown Family Health Care, Inc. in Charlottesville, VA, is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician who is fluent in Spanish to join our physician-led practice.

The position offers full-time (4 days/week) or part-time options with no evenings or weekends, a 31 patient-care hour week, 18–20 daily visits, a guaranteed base salary with a productivity model, six weeks of PTO, and a clear path to partnership within Privia Medical Group.

• Comprehensive Clinical Scope: Deliver full-spectrum primary care to a diverse panel spanning all ages, complemented by robust mental health and women's health services.
• Balanced Work-Life Synergy: Experience a predictable, lifestyle-friendly routine with a standard 4-day clinical schedule (31 patient-care hours/week) and generous time blocks for patients, including 45-minute annual physical appointment blocks.
• Physician-Led Culture & Support: Practice alongside dedicated physician founders and experienced advanced practitioners who manage their own distinct panels. Operational success is anchored by a veteran clinical team-including RNs with 5+ years of tenure and dedicated 1:1 MA/CNA support-fostering a deeply collaborative, low-turnover working environment.
• Modern Operational Efficiency: Utilizing intuitive EMR and efficient clinical workflows, providers maintain manageable daily volumes averaging 18-20 patients per day (inclusive of integrated telehealth options). On-site phlebotomist-staffed lab services further streamline diagnostic turnaround and patient convenience.
