ProHealth Physicians, part of Optum, is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our Adult Medicine team in Kensington, Connecticut. This is an outpatient primary care role focused on a diverse patient population.

Bilingual English/Spanish skills are essential and the position is full-time with no inpatient duties or on-call responsibilities. The team operates with a collaborative care model and offers a strong support network, career development, and competitive

Qualifications

• MD/DO required.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Two years of clinical experience.
• Eligible for Connecticut medical licensure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient adult medicine in a collaborative team.
• Emphasize preventive care, chronic disease management and population health.
• Participate in coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team.
