NEO Surgical Group LLC is seeking a Spanish-speaking Medical Assistant who is eager to expand skills and cross-train as a Chiropractic Assistant. The role requires travel between clinic locations and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic healthcare team focused on exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities include assisting clinicians with patient care, phlebotomy, preparing patients, documenting histories, and supporting front desk tasks. Travel between sites is required.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English is required.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Phlebotomy experience required.
• Willingness and ability to travel between clinic locations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with Personal Injury (PI) cases is a plus.
• Ability to assist with both clinical and administrative duties.

Responsabilidades

• Assist providers with patient care, examinations, and treatments.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Prepare patients for appointments and procedures.
• Obtain and document patient histories and vital signs.
• Assist with patient intake and medical documentation.
• Support front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and answering phones.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Travel between clinic locations as needed.
