Job summary

NEO Surgical Group in Orlando, FL seeks a Spanish-speaking Medical Assistant who will cross-train as a Chiropractic Assistant. This role involves travel between clinic locations to support a dynamic healthcare team focused on exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Spanish and English, has phlebotomy experience, and can handle both clinical and administrative duties with strong customer service and communication skills. Travel between sites is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience as a Medical Assistant preferred.
• Willingness and ability to travel between clinic locations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Personal Injury (PI) cases is a plus.
• Ability to assist with both clinical and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care, examinations, and treatments.
• Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection.
• Prepare patients for appointments and procedures.
• Obtain and document patient histories and vital signs.
• Assist with patient intake and medical documentation.
• Support front desk operations, including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and answering phones.
• Complete administrative tasks and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Travel between clinic locations as needed.
