Job summary

General Services Corporation is hiring a leasing professional to welcome prospective residents, conduct tours, answer inquiries, and process applications. You will collaborate with the property management team to achieve occupancy goals and participate in marketing efforts to promote communities.

Requirements include at least one year in leasing or real estate sales, strong customer service, and the ability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leasing or real estate sales experience.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Strong organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work 9am–6pm Monday–Friday and Saturdays/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents and show apartments that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet prospective residents and show them available apartments that meet their needs
• Conduct property tours and provide detailed information about the features and benefits of the apartment homes and community amenities.
• Respond to leasing inquiries, schedule appointments, and follow up with prospective residents
• Process rental applications, verify credit and income information, and document lease agreements
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to develop strategies to meet occupancy goals
• Participate in marketing initiatives to promote the company and generate interest in available apartments
• Assist current residents with lease renewals and provide ongoing customer service and support

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in leasing or real estate sales; multi-family leasing experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Must be available to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a positive work culture.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Available to work 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday as well as Saturdays and Holidays as needed.
