Ideal candidates bring leasing experience, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency with Yardi, to support data entry, CRM tasks, and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Prior leasing experience is required or strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant law and fair housing regulations is essential.
• Strong customer service and rapport-building skills.
• Excellent negotiation abilities for lease terms and renewals.
• Good data entry and filing accuracy, attention to detail.

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated detail-oriented bi-lingual leasing consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in property leasing operations, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and providing exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants.

Duties

• Assist prospective tenants with inquiries about available apartments.
• Conduct property tours and showcase amenities to potential residents.
• Manage lease agreements, ensuring compliance with landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations.
• Utilize software such as Yardi for data entry, customer relationship management, and administrative tasks.
• Handle conflict management effectively and maintain positive relationships with current tenants.
• Collaborate with the property maintenance team to address tenant concerns and ensure the property is well-maintained.
• Perform administrative duties including filing, phone etiquette, and managing contracts related to leasing activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in leasing.
• Knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, and conflict management strategies is essential.
• Proficiency in Yardi property management software is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and tenants.
• Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and contract discussions.
• Familiarity with facilities management practices is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for data entry and filing tasks.
