Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Field Sales Representative to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes in Florida. The role features uncapped commissions with top earners reaching six figures and a starting salary range that supports growth based on geography and performance.

You will conduct in‑home visits, present demonstrations, assess wifi and tech delivery, and drive connectivity for customers.

Qualifications

1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value
Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
Maintain a valid driver’s license—driving required for field visits
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
Background check including drug screening and motor vehicle record required

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in customers’ homes
Close deals using hands‑on demos, wifi assessments and tech delivery
Provide issue resolutions to keep customers connected to what matters most
Engage with warm prospects through scheduled appointments and follow‑ups
Meet and exceed sales goals with strong negotiation and communication skills
