Job summary

PRACTICE in New York seeks Education Champions to provide bilingual Spanish ELA tutoring for 3rd–5th graders. The program runs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm, offering a flexible schedule and a chance to impact urban students.

As an Education Champion, you’ll deliver one-on-one and small-group instruction across core subjects, collaborate with teachers and school leaders, and implement engaging, personalized strategies to help students thrive academically and personally.

Qualifications

• Degree-seeking student or graduate with minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
• Experience tutoring elementary students is a plus.
• Strong commitment to education equity.

Responsibilities
