Job summary

PRACTICE is seeking Education Champions to deliver one-on-one and small group tutoring in core subjects for students in grades 3–8 who are living in temporary housing. The program runs on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

You will collaborate with teachers and school leaders to tailor instruction, empower students, and contribute to education equity through ongoing training and a supportive team.

  • Passion for Learning: Dedicated to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
  • Strong Academics: Degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
  • Committed and Flexible: Available to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school
  • Collaborative Spirit: Ready to work alongside teachers, school leaders, and fellow tutors to maximize student success.
