Job summary

PRACTICE is seeking Education Champions to provide bilingual tutoring to 3rd–5th grade students in classrooms across New York. You will support teachers directly, helping students build confidence and achieve academic success in Math and ELA to prepare for state exams.

You will work 10–35 hours per week with a flexible schedule, earning $27–$30 per hour, plus a program completion bonus of up to 10% of total program earnings. This role offers classroom experience and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish support in classrooms for 3rd–5th grade students.
• Degree-seeking student or graduate with minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or related field.
• Available to work 10–35 hours per week at assigned school(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in Math and ELA, plus Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science and Regents exam prep.
• Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to deliver engaging, personalized learning strategies.
