Advance America in Orange City, FL is seeking a Consumer Lending Sales Specialist (CLSS) to deliver exceptional customer service while achieving branch sales goals. This hands-on role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a passion for helping customers with personal loan solutions.

The CLSS will drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels, educate customers on loan terms, and maintain compliant records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience required, or equivalent experience.
• One year of experience in sales, retail, banking, or collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition through storefront and online channels using effective sales tools and marketing techniques
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while managing growing consumer loan portfolio
• Present tailored financial solutions aligned with customer goals and needs
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the loan lifecycle
