Job summary

IPS - Integrated Project Services is seeking a Construction QA/QC Manager to lead the IPS Construction Quality Control and Quality Assurance program for ongoing projects. The role is based in the United States with travel to Uruguay for two weeks each month, requiring fluency in Spanish and strong QA/QC expertise.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• B.S. in a science, engineering, construction management, or related field (15 years of experience accepted instead of a degree).
• Quality Assurance and Quality Control Management training and experience with 15 years of field experience in construction and/or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer QA/QC plans for projects with CM team, contractors, and clients.
• Oversee testing, inspection, and acceptance of work; manage non-conformances and documentation.
• Lead QA/QC meetings and ensure adherence to project standards and safety policies.
