Job summary

Centria Autism seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.

We provide comprehensive training and a collaborative team environment. This role involves physical activity with children and offers hourly pay between $17 and $20. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age with high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test within required timeframe.
• Background check clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior plans under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Engage children in activities and manage behaviors in a safe environment.
• Collaborate with team to support each child’s goals.
