ComForCare Home Health Care - Alameda in Hayward, CA is seeking compassionate caregivers to help clients stay safe, independent, and comfortable at home. You will provide daily living support and personal care in client homes.

The role emphasizes respect, ongoing training, reliable field support, and respectful client matching. Fluency in Spanish and reliable transportation are important, with a competitive hourly rate of $21–$24 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and able to communicate with clients in their preferred language.
• Available afternoons and evenings (12pm–6pm) frequently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.

Your Role

What We’re Seeking

We’re looking for a compassionate caregiver who speaks fluent Spanish and is committed to helping others live well. Ideal candidates will have:

• Good availability, especially in the afternoons and evenings including 12pm-6pm


• Fluent in Spanish


• Dependable transportation


• Prior caregiving experience—whether in private homes or senior living communities is helpful but not required


• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration

Pay Range

$21–$24 per hour, depending on experience.
