Job summary

ComForCare Home Care in Castro Valley, CA seeks caring aides to assist clients with personal care, mobility support, and daily activities. You’ll help with evening routines, light housekeeping, and companionship in a role with a flexible schedule.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ years of caregiving, bilingual English/Spanish, and strong organizational skills. Weekend availability (Fri–Sun) 3 PM–7 PM is a plus and may lead to additional hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of senior caregiving experience, including working with clients with Alzheimer’s.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Ability to cook using fresh, basic ingredients.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Fast learner.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and evening routines.
• Provide safe mobility support, transfers and repositioning.
• Support light household needs as required.
• Monitor client well-being and safety.
• Provide companionship.

Compensation
