Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to make a difference in the lives of children with autism. In this role, you'll work closely with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

We provide comprehensive training, and seek candidates who are patient and passionate about helping kids reach their potential. The position offers a pay range of $16 - $23 per hour and perks such as a structured career path and access to an Employee Assistance Plan.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Assist children in various physical movements.
