Job summary
Centriaautism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to significantly impact the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will work alongside a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
The ideal candidate is passionate, patient, and capable of managing various physical tasks while lifting children or objects up to 50 pounds. Comprehensive training will be provided, equipping you to help each child thrive.

Qualifications
- 18+ years of age.
- Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
- Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician Certification after onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans with children.
- Teach communication, social skills, and daily living skills.
- Use evidence-based techniques while managing children's behaviors.
