Job summary

A leading provider of autism services is seeking passionate individuals to join as Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing tailored behavior intervention plans while using evidence-based techniques to foster communication and social skills. Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and a Tuberculosis test.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Reduce interfering behaviors and support client progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency and quality of care.
