Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, following individualized intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA and applying evidence-based teaching methods for communication, social, and daily living skills.

We provide comprehensive training; candidates with passion, patience, and teamwork will thrive. Roles involve physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and TB test within a year.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support children with autism to reduce interfering behaviors in a team setting.
