Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will help build foundational skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living while supporting safety.

We provide comprehensive training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to grow in the field of Behavioral Analysis.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion when working with children on the autism spectrum
• Ability to work well in a team and follow BCBA guidance
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED
• CPR and First Aid certifications and TB test if not current
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move and lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children using evidence-based behavior techniques
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under a BCBA
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills
